We work with deutsche Post/DHL and UPS.


 domestic 2-5 working days

international 9-15 working days


Once the shipment is sent, the user will be notified by email containing the tracking number of the shipment (you can teack it via deutschepost.de or on your local postal service website)
 

Please note that we are able to ship orders with payments by PayPal only to the shipping address shown at your PayPal order!

 


Delivery to countries outside the EU
Recipients of shipments outside the EU are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes and other levies.
Spirit of lunar- Inh. Nadja Peter has no control over these charges. We are not able to give you any information about the cost that would be, as customs policies and import duties  vary widely from country to country.
Please check the local laws and regulations regarding import before buying. You should contact your local customs office for current charges before to order, hereby you will not be surprised by charges you were not expecting.

In case that the shipment hasn't been successfully delivered to the address due to incorrect information provided by the buyer, such as phone number, address, etc. or if the buyer for some reason decided not to accept the parcel, the shipment will be returned at the expense of the buyer. We will keep shipping costs both ways from the total amount of the order that we have to refund once we receive the return.


 

Return & Exchanges

for Ready-to-ship items

If you want to return or exchange an item please contact us within 14 days of delivery via

 (with your name and order number)!

We don´t accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

- Sale items

- customized items  (inseam)

All items will be inspected on return.

The items must be in their original condition & need to be sent back in the original packaging!

That means if the item is washed, worn, altered and/ or has pet hairs on it,

we reserve the right not to accept your return!

In that case, the shipment back to your location will be on your expense!

The returning items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are

packed up properly & can not get damaged on the way!

for Made-to-order items

All returns/ exchanges for made-to-order items are handled on a case by case base!

Made-to-order items are especially made for you that means it´s customized only for you

therefore we don´t have to accept your return/exchange,

but we always try to find a solution what works best for all!

All items will be inspected on return.
